YES! Even if you have never been in open water you can join a course. Come along to one of my Safety Workshops if you can, and sign up for the Introduction to Cold Water Dipping first so you will have a taster of what it is all about.

We were all new once, it's completely normal to feel nervous at first. How about booking an online chat with me first? We can talk through any of your concerns and even arrange a one to one meet up if that would make you feel more comfortable.

Once you have booked, I will send you a Welcome Pack - this will include all the details of exactly where we meet, what to bring and advice on what to wear and any equipment you might need.

Of course! If someone wants to accompany you, they are very welcome to wait by the water's edge, go for a walk, or sit in the car whilst you are swimming. I always recommend if you are coming alone, that you tell someone where you are going and what time you expect to be home.

I will keep a close eye on the weather and water conditions. I will keep in touch with you prior to the classes, and if the conditions look less favourable then I will give you at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. You will never be made to swim in bad conditions.
